It's Aruba, and it's a Happy Island, but the place was dirty; there was a piece of hair on the 3rd floor of Tower 2, for the 7 days I was there, and no one cleaned it. At the Mexican restaurant, the waiter dropped the entire meal all over me, and my dress was ruined because it was a fish saucey meal and I would like credit for one day to make up for the embarassment and the ruined dress.

Stayed in the Royal Tower. It was beautiful as is the rest of the hotel. Good food, friendly staff shopping all around that you could walk to. Had the best time I would recommend to everyone.

This was my 1st time in Aruba, I was told it was amazing. My experience in resort left a bad impression on people of Aruba, some staff members were rude. No microwave area. You have to pay for room service in an all-inclusive. I could not take any food from restaurants back to my room. My daughter got food poisoning, and I could not bring her a soup. I am on a 6 small meal diet and that was not accommodated. Pool in the afternoon filled with Debrie & floating cups, drinks by pool watered down. night events scheduled for 10pm. Reservation for all restaurants needed except buffet. Japanism restaurant preferred to throw out uneaten meal then have you take it with you, no alcohol bar in room. Overall, not what I had in mind, prices over inflated. Great things- beach is amazingly beautiful, great air conditioning in room. Beautiful rock display by buffet area where lizards make home. Ceasar bartender by the bar was the friendliest and kindest. Waiter at seafood restaurant who went out of his way to give us desert to take back with us to room.

The property is managed and kept. I have noticed a decline in customer service as it relates to cleaning and wait staff. Please know the Italian Restaurant was amazing with delicious hot food and service. All others were mediocre at best. Please work on getting and keeping the food hot. Also train the wait staff on table service. At the Palm buffet, many of the wait staff spent time chatting rather than checking on guests.

The service from start to finish everywhere on the property is outstanding. Everybody is nice, friendly, funny and just made it a great experience. The restaurants are all good and all of them can accommodate gluten-free even though it is not on the menu you just have to ask. We had so much fun at the shows and there’s plenty to do between the beach, restaurants and water sports during the days.

Things to like- great as all inclusive well worth the money. Pool side bar and service on beach. Things to dislike - the beach and pool were difficult to get lounge chairs. People staked out the loungers as early as 8 am and stayed all day.

Out of the five days I was there, housekeeping only came once. The mini fridge did not work and the drinks were always warm. The ice machine broken everyday and lunch/dinner at the buffet wasn’t appetizing.

Clean resort with great access to beach. We opted for the Royal experience which gave us access to a few nice amenities. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shops which is nice. Food in the main restaurant was just ok, what you would expect from a buffet. Nice pool and swim up bar.

This property is Old. Took 3 calls to get extra towels and pillows. Checked in and went right to book specialty restaurant and was told nothing available because priority is given to the elite visitors. Or we could have reserved in advance although we did contact the property and were told you can’t do that. Oh and we’re also told men Must wear long pants—however the reservation area for specialty restaurants told us dress shorts were ok for men. And yes men had shorts on and also no collar shirts but you will be told that collared shirts Must be worn. Pool is old needs rehab. Food is not great. Limited options on buffet…can’t speak to specialty food because unable to get in. Great beach area, super close to shopping area.
