A Hidden Gem in Paradise – Amsterdam Manor Exceeded All Expectations! Our stay at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort Aruba was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and a refreshing drink. The boutique feel of the resort offers an intimate, relaxed atmosphere that feels worlds away from the crowded high-rises, yet it's just minutes from everything. The location is unbeatable—right across from Eagle Beach, which is consistently ranked one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The palapas and lounge chairs provided by the resort made it easy to relax, and the water was crystal clear and calm—perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply soaking in the Caribbean sunshine. Only downside is the waste water treatment plant about a block away you could smell at times. Our room was charming and well-equipped with a full kitchenette, comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated in Dutch-Caribbean style. The staff were phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special shoutouts to Julio and Billy at the front desk and the beach attendants, who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The room was good, the service was decent though slow at the bar - too many people and not enough staff. Very lovey property, but ruined by horrible smell from the nearby sewage treatment facility. I'd stay there again if it wasn't for the smell of sewage.

Location was great, easy walk to beach. Plenty of chairs and cabanas, didn't have to wake up early and try to 'save' a spot. The room was large, clean and updated. Quick walk to superstore for some basic amenities and snacks. Front desk staff was very helpful with any requests or questions we had.

We have returned to the Amsterdam Manor because of the atmosphere and 2 bedroom option. We have always loved the area, the beach, and the resort. On this trip, unfortunately we experienced a terrible odor that looms around the resort. This caused us great dissapointment, because at times the smell was so bad that we could not enjoy the outside area and we left the resort. Halfway through our stay, it even made the room smell. I hope the problem will be remedied because we love this resort. Staff is friendly and restaurants are enjoyable.
