The owners have perfectly combined the charm of this old house with a comfortable, modern interior decorated with care. Its decoration in soft pastel shades is soothing and you will immediately feel like you are in a real seaside holiday home. You are moreover just metres from the Dames beach. This holiday home measures 120 m² and has an upstairs floor. With family or friends, come and discover this pretty dwelling with 4 bedrooms with 140*190 beds, plus 3 single beds in the first floor dormitory. A fully equipped ground floor kitchen: dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster,... Ideal for simmering good little dishes and sharing convivial moments. This house also has three modern bathrooms. In the large enclosed and verdant garden, garden furniture and barbecue allow you to enjoy the Noirmoutier sunshine in complete tranquillity.

Très jolie villa de caractère, bien décorée, confortable, rien ne manque, belle terrasse, parking fermé, proche plages et bien qu’elle soit située dans la forêt elle est très ensoleillée. On s’y sent comme chez soi.Steven de la conciergerie est sympathique, très à l’écoute, serviable. Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé.

Très proche de la plage aux dames.

Superbe jardin où l’on profite du bbq et de moments de détente. Très proche de la magnifique plage aux dames où celle de l’anse rouge. Super sympa de se balader dans les allées boisées! La maison est sympa, bien équipée au niveau vaisselle impressionnant. Attention la quatrième chambre avec 2 lits simples est en fait un dortoir sans porte un puit de lumière nous réveillait tôt le matin! Mais globalement on a bien aimé notre séjour!
