Completely renovated and tastefully decorated by an architect using high-quality materials, it has been designed for maximum comfort. Every room offers a view of the sea. With a total surface area of 75m², it offers an extremely pleasant living space for two people. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a desk. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, has been custom-designed and is fully equipped and integrated.
