Perfect for peaceful break

The location is idyllic, the facilities excellent and the views are stunning. The piece de resistance is the huge terrace - and we haven't even mentioned the fabulous pool yet!

Great Place to Get Away To

Elina and Jean-Paul were very pleasant hosts and the sun terrace and the large pool are what make this property what it is. To have such a large pool is very rare in this area. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with an update especially in the kitchen but overall we had a very nice stay

Fabulous Hillside Location

The apartment in this fabulous house is gorgeous. Incredibly large Terrace, with beautiful views across the valley and the swimming pool area really pretty. The owners were so helpful and friendly and we had a fabulous month here

Penthouse stay

Excellent property. Huge pool with lots of green around. Smell of lavender etc. as a bonus. For us is was just perfect. The terrace views was amazing. Leclerc just around the corner. Isola 2000 one 1 hour away for Mountainbike lover. Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Antibes all this not far away for day tours.And of course very nice owners. All in one perfect stay.

Very nice penthouse with beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay in this penthouse very much. It was pleasant and relaxing, just as we remembered from the first time we stayed here. The apartment is set in a quiet and peaceful environment and has a large terrace and swimmingpool. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The location of the apartment is convenient for trips in the area, to the mountains or the beaches, as well as to beautiful and interesting places as St-Paul-de-Vence, to Grasse and its surroundings, to Vence, Cannes, Monte Carlo. It is only a short drive from the airport in Nice too. We already look forward to our next visit!

Very nice penthouse in beautiful setting

We were very pleasantly surprised at the first sighting of the apartment and its surroundings. The directions, sent to us by the owner prior to our journey, were very helpful. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home straightaway. The apartment is adequately equipped for four with two separate bathrooms. There is a large pool in the garden. The apartment is conveniently situated for trips in the area, like St Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse, Nice, Cannes, Monaco. We had a wonderful time and hope to return one day.

A lovely spot just outside St. Paul de Vence with gracious hosts

Enjoyed our stay - especially the terrace and the view! The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The drawback was accessibility since it is necessary to walk around the house and climb outdoor steps to access the suite. The weather was pretty perfect so it worked out and was well worth it! It would be a bit cozy for more than two, except for a family, as there is only one true bedroom - the other bed is converted from the sofa in the kitchen/living space. The two large bathrooms made up for that. Everything was comfortable and clean. It was very reasonably priced and a wonderful stay overall!

A little hidden treasure

We stayed 10 days at this property and had a wonderful time. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and the apartment with the 2 bathrooms (with nice water pressure) and a large terrace suits 2 guests comfortably. We had another person stay with us for 3 days and it was fine as she slept in the sleeper sofa located in the front room that also serves as a kitchen. During our stay, we had several guests for dinner and drinks, having fun and it never disturbed Elina and Jean-Paul who are very accommodating. We definitively would stay there again, the location is great, 5 to 8 minutes driving to the historic St-Paul village and same time to reach Leclerc to do all your shopping. One great plus is that you get plenty of space to park your car, which is becoming more and more of a challenge on the French Riviera! Truly a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of this gorgeous area!!!

Great stay in Saint-Ètienne

I can only recommend the apartment of Elina and Jean, which are very nice and helpful hosts, for a stay to discover the Côte d'Azur. The view from the terrace of the apartment is relaxing, the kitchen has everything necessary, there are two bathrooms with showers, AC is available, the pool is clean, large and refreshing. You have to walk across their main terrace in order to reach the pool or when you get to your car, as other guests pointed out already, but this is not inconvenient at all. From your place you can visit St. Paul de Vence or even Fondation Maeght via a short walk. If you want to discover other places or get groceries you will need a car. Get your groceries from the next E.Leclerc down the road and stop at Pizza Totoche or Pizza Tinos for an evening Pizza on your terrace. The Plage de la Fighière is just down the road and has a life guarded swimming area for children. Antibes offers a few nice snorkel spots. Nice and Cannes are easy to reach via the train, which is recommended, from the Cagnes-sur-Mer train station. The village La Colle-sur-Loup has a night market, and weekly concerts, and is easy to reach by car in 5 minutes. If you have children, then check out Le Bois des Lutins.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Es ist alles super sauber und die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist auch super.Man erreicht von dort sehr schnell die Autobahn und ist innerhalb weniger Minuten in Nizza und Umgebung! Die Gastgeber sind super lieb & freundlich!

Superverblijf en locatie

Wij hebben wederom weer genoten van ons verblijf in Saint-Paul-de-Vence (dit was onze 2e keer). Wat een heerlijk appartement met een groot dakterras met super uitzicht en dan ook nog een mooie zwembad omringt door een mooi huis en tuin. Hartelijk bedankt dat wij er weer van hebben kunnen genieten. Hopelijk tot volgend jaar!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sauberem Pool. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Es war im August sehr heiß, daher haben wir die Klimaanlage geschätzt. Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Beau séjour confortable dans un magnifique cadre

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse avec vue très spacieuse. Grande piscine creusée appréciée de tous. Situation géographique intéressante pour visiter la partie plus haute de la côte d’Azur (Nice et environs). Nous reviendrions à cet établissement sans hésitation! Propriétaires plus que sympathiques!
