We loved the flat. Took us a bit to figure things out but Nestor and Jeeves helped us very promptly. The AC is great. The beds are: One king sized( very very firm), one room with two singles put together - no mattress topper, one room with very comfy single bed and office with Murphy double - comfy but no AC in the office. No real condiments upon arrival. You have to get toilet paper, paper towel etc as you go along. Wifi is excellent and building has elevator.

Another great stay in Nice
Lovely apartment, well equipped (only thing missing was plain knives). Great showers and lots of space. About 5 minutes to the Promenade and 15 minutes to Ave Jean Medecin and 20 minutes to the old town.

Spacious Apartment in a great location
This was our 1st time visiting Nice. We found the apartment very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The Property Management Company was very helpful throughout the entire process. They also arranged our transportation. The locations very walkable - close to old town ,the train station and Promenade Des Anglais. We would definitely book again.
