This comfortable apartment is ideal for staying with family or friends, you will enjoy relaxing and having a good time.
It is located on the 5th floor with elevator and has free WIFI connection (by optical fiber).
It is air-conditioned in the living-room and in the main bedroom.
You will be located in the city center, in the rue de France which is the street parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais.
In just a few seconds on foot you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants.
You will then reach Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.

The living room consists of a pleasant sofa, a coffee table, 2 armchairs and a dining table. You will also find a full HD TV, an Xbox one with games and a fitness / bodybuilding area.
DINING ROOM :

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
It gives access to a first North facing balcony.
MAIN BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a pleasant double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk with computer, a flat screen TV.
There is also a relaxation area with an armchair and a coffee table.
This room gives access to a second south-facing balcony.
INDEPENDENT BEDROOM:
The small bedroom has no window, it is equipped with a double sofa bed as well as a wardrobe and a fan.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a large bath with shower, a bidet, a towel rack, an electronic magnifying mirror and a hairdryer.
There is also a washing machine.
The toilets are independent.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
