MARINE AP4445 By Riviera Holiday Homes is located in Villefranche sur Mer in a former noble residence called Le Palais de la Marine, right on the waterfront and in the old town, with all restaurants and amenities in the immediate vicinity, a very nice duplex studio offering a superb sea view, 4 sleeping spaces and fans in each area. It also features a large common terrace in the residence, offering dining tables and an outdoor lounge.The accommodation consists of:The living area, comprising a double sofa bed (made up of 2 single beds), a fan, a low cabinet with TV and internet connection. It also offers a foldaway table for 4 guests.The functional kitchen open to the living room with refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary items for cooking and eating. All offering a superb view of the sea and Cap Ferrat.The sleeping area in the mezzanine with a double bed, two bedside tables, a fan and a wardrobe space.The shower room with shower, washbasin and storage.A separate toilet.The large common terrace of the residence located on the seafront, offering dining tables and outdoor lounge. This can be used to share a drink & snacks for aperitif or pastries for breakfast, but it is not possible to have a meal there.All household linen (sheets-towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner and iron.Deposit €500 pre-authorization on card not debited - non-smokers and animals not accepted - Free Wifi
