Excellent boutique hotel in Nice city centre, spotless clean and comfortable, we had a double room which despite it's small size, it was very functional. The staff we've met were very polite, friendly and supportive

Nice room, horrible service in emergencies

I will pre-face this by saying I travelled alone. Excellent room and location. However staff was very rude and unhelpful when I had a medical emergency. There is no lift (which is fine, I am 23 and able to carry my own bags typically), but I threw my back out on the way up and was in tremendous pain. Could not sit up, stand, walk, or bend down. I called asking for help (ice or pain killers) and was promptly told no. I had to ask for assistance carrying my bag up the one remaining staircase, in which she was very rude but did bring the bag. When she came in the room, I was kneeled over on the bed unable to move and crying. She promptly dropped my luggage and left. No human kindness in offering me any help or making sure I was okay. She was out of the room in under 10 seconds despite seeing my condition. She did offer to call a doctor when I called reception on the phone, but I needed to try pain killers before visiting a doctor in a foreign country where I do not have insurance. By the time I was fully debilitated in bed, unable to move at all, reception had closed (closes at 7PM) and there was no one to call for help. I had to call emergency services and be taken to the hospital for pain killers. Horrible service in the case of a medical emergency. It is a shame because if she had been helpful or if the situation didn’t arise at all, I would’ve had a pleasant stay. But because of this, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff Rooms are updated: Rainfall shower, spacious bathroom, good ac, comfortable bed. Surprising quiet considering the surround area a all about cafes, restaurants and shopping. Excellent location, near tram stops.

The suite was perfectly as seen on the reservation site! Loved the room, the size and the overall amenities. Front desk staff varies from day to day, so you are not always greeted in the same welcoming manner, it’s unfortunate given the quality of the accommodations!

I was a girl alone for a night in Nice for a transit and I felt safe the all time! There is a unique and personal code for each guest for the main entrance, hallway and the room! The room is super comfortable, stylish and clean. The staff gave a great service.There is no elevator but it’s perfect to have an extra glass of wine without feeling guilty ;)

The stay was better than expected. The room was clean and the personnel always made sure drinking water was replenished every day. The only minor thing is that the pillows were very thick and they had no additional thinner pillows to offer. We could also hear the people on the floor above us most of the time. It is located in a very central area with access to restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, and very close to the train station. However, because it’s located in a central area, on the weekends it can get pretty loud at night if you’re trying to sleep before 2am it may not be possible. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and we would stay again at this beautiful hotel id we come back.

This hotel is very central and close to many shops and restaurants. I love the modernness of the rooms and even the ease of access to the rooms/hallways via access codes. Very nice! I enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Despite the lack of elevators, the 2nd floor is not a bad walk up and the receptionists were very helpful in assisting you with your luggage.
