Cycling In and Around Nice

We are 5 men and our road bikes. We bicycled into Italy, climbed the col La Madone and Éze and rode west into Cannes. The apartment was uniquely located between the train station and the beach. The particular section of beach closest to us had the densest concentration of restaurants and glaciers. There was a heat wave but the air conditioning kept us comfortable and cool.

Fantastic for families and pets

We had a lovely stay at Annaicks' apartment. It's spacious enough for a family of 3 and has a great out-door area with a covered terrace and a garden, ideal for pets. All amenities, shops, cafes, and restaurants are close by and within walking distance.

This apartment has an excellent location. It is located 1 block from the beach (nice restaurants) and 1 street (2 minute walk) to a train station where you can easily and quickly go anywhere on the French Riveria.

Great location with parking on the dead end little street.

I enjoyed my stay, walking everywhere. The owner was very helpful and the apartment was comfortable and relatively quiet. I enjoyed Cagnes-sur-Mer very much.

Perfect Apartment

Everything about this booking was outstanding. Annaick was the perfect host. Good communication prior to arrival and helpful and informative on arrival. She was very accomodating with our late flight arrival and late check out for our evening departure. The apartment was better than described and exactly what we were looking for. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and Annaick had even made up the little bed in the main bedroom so we could put our little one straight to bed. The garden was perfect. It was safely enclosed so our 2 yr old could run about freely. Parking was available alrhough a bit tight, even for a small car. The area is packed full of restaurants and the beach is only a few minutes walk away...although be warned..it is pebbly. Excellent location for all the coastal towns with buses passing at the bottom of the road. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon.

Convenience and value for money

Had to interrupt 17 day reservation after only 4. Should've taken insurance. Owner kindly offered to take me to airport. I was very ill. If there was a way to recover at least half of unused time, I would rate the place 5 stars. It was comfy and well appointed, just a tremendous expense having left ill, early.

Very serene and relaxing experience

Amazing atmosphere just next to the local beach. Apartment is cosy and well decorated. Perfect for a group of up to 5 people. Local amenities are in a close proximity with a big supermarket a bunch of restaurants and a farmers market. Would definitely consider booking again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la location. Il y a tout ce qu il faut,surtout la clim durant ces fortes chaleurs.Logement très propre, proche de tout:magasins et visites.Nous n avons pas pu profiter de l extérieur à cause de la chaleur et ...des moustiques!Environnement un peu bruyant parfois!Merci encore Annaïck pour votre accueil.

Beau petit appartement près de tout

Nous avons aimé séjourner à Cagnes, l'appartement est très bien situé, près de la gare, près de la mer. Je recommande fortement. La seule chose, c'est le divan au salon, très incommode pour dormir, sinon, le reste est parfait.
