This may be the PERFECT stay! Near everything but out of the hustle and bustle. A LOVELY condo with outdoor space to eat your meals--and a big pool. Laurant was amazing to work with. So many unexpected touches--made for a delightful stay! WELL STOCKED kitchen--Without hesitation I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great location to see it all.

Great location

We spent a month in this property as we were in France for the Rugby World Cup. Great location, fabulous views. It was great to have a garden to sit in during the day and lovely to be so close to the pool. All amenities were there, the kitchen was well equipped and so we wanted for nothing. Many good restaurants at Villeneuve-Loubet Plage and the station was convenient for popping to anywhere along the coast.

Villa with views of the marina

Our family enjoyed living here for a week early April. Villa has good amenities and was well stocked. Although it was a bit cold at this time of the year to use the communal unheated pool it was fun for us to use the tennis court. Travelling was easy even when we didn’t want to rent a car as train station and marina were about 20 minutes walk downhill. Train access towards Nice and Monaco was easy. Same train service takes to Cannes and Grasse as interesting destinations. Local buses were easily accessible and restaurants are plenty in an around marina.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr freundlicher Empfang und einfacher Check-in. Vor Anreise haben wir eine ausführliche Beschreibung mit allen wichtigen Informationen bekommen. Laurent und Ana waren bei Fragen erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit guten Geräten und allem was man braucht. Der Grill auf der Terasse funktioniert sehr gut und wir haben ihn gerne genutzt. Alle Räume sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach grandios! Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und ist trotz der großen Anlage nie übermäßig voll, sehr angenehm. Sehr aufmerksam ist, dass auch Tennisschläger und Bälle vorhanden sind, außerdem sind Schirme und Matten für den Strandbesuch vorhanden. Sehr angenehm war, dass in den Sommermonaten vor der Anlage ein kostenloser Shuttlebus zum Strand und zum alten Stadtkern fährt. Super Lage um Nizza, Cannes oder Antibes zu erkunden.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist der hohe Mietpreis. Alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Merci beaucoup!
