We really enjoyed our stay here! The room design was modern with a very French touch—stylish and cozy. We booked a sea view room, and it was absolutely worth it. The view was stunning, and for the price, it’s one of the best values in town for that kind of view. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in area is pretty small, so you might find yourself squeezing past people coming or going, but it’s not a big deal. There are two things we wanted to point out: First, the WiFi was very unstable. We were on the 5th floor and barely had any internet connection most of the time. If you’re relying on WiFi and not using mobile data, this could be frustrating—maybe lower floors have better signal. Second, the A/C wasn’t turned on during our stay (mid-April). We were told it’s shut off during the winter months. It was rainy but still felt warm without A/C, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open, which let in a bit of street noise. The hotel is right next to the Albert 1er Garden, which often hosts events—there was a vintage car show while we were there, for example. That said, the location is unbeatable. The beach is less than a minute’s walk, there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and there’s even a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Super convenient! Overall, a great experience with beautiful views and a fantastic location—just a couple things to keep in mind if you’re planning to stay here.

The hotel’s location was perfect! The rooms were nice and it was clean. It was the least accommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the female day manager was horrible. We stayed 3 nights and they put us on the first floor next to the kitchen and across from the dining area. From 4:13am on all we heard were dishes clanging, things slamming, microwaves beeping, and people talking. We asked if it was possible for a room change and there were plenty of open rooms, but the manager wouldn’t let us switch until our final night.

A great, affordable option in the city. So many dining options are available within walking distance and the market is just a few minutes away. Unfortunately. The hotel is going through refurbishment when we stayed, and the front desk was literally under the staircase. We had to lug the suitcases for several steps to get to the elevator. Our room was facing the street and it could get pretty hot during the day, but the air conditioner was not working yet probably because it was still in April. Overall, however, it was a good place for a few days. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Just stayed here for 3 nights and my fiancé and I absolutely loved the hotel! It was super spacious, with the bathroom seperate from the bedroom completely. Staff was so kind, and we had a water dispenser right outside our door that we loved. Honestly, the weather wasn’t great so we spent a lot of time in the room and loved it!

The hotel was being renovated so was very noisy and there was nowhere to sit. The "garden view" was over a major road junction. The cups for the Nescafe were cardboard and were not even changed so guests are expected to drink from used cardboard cups. the staff were friendly and helpful - and the breakfast was good but expensive - the only good things in an otherwise unsatisfactory hotel (listed as 4 stars online but as only 3 stars in Nice - definitely only 3 star)
