Hotel is a little old, it was cleaned, walkable and close to main attractions, only concern was that is so open that anyone can go through but thanks God nothing bad happened i wish there will be a security but overall it was good ....buffett breakfast (kind) was good and they replenished from time to time i dont know other days but the 2 days i stayed was the same breakfast

Our stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean and smell really good. The bathroom was remodeled and clean. There was no mold or mildew. Breakfast was included with the stay and was very good, fresh, and varied. The hotel staff was courteous. The hotel is fair crossing the state park for which it has in location. They charged you $ 10 the night for parking, which was a fair price compared to the price of other hotels. If you are a choice member, they do not charge you parking. I would suggest that they put additional trash in the trash cans. They are very small and for a stay of several days it is not convenient. Something that I liked a lot about this hotel and its staff was that they were sending me tips by email about the hotel. I had never received that from another hotel. The area of ​​Niagara Falls Ny is a dead area. Businesses were closed and there was not much variety of food in the surroundings. Keep that in mind.

Our Stay was Wonderful. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful. Very Conveniently placed which is a plus. It made it easy for us to come in and out since we were so close to the Bridge to Goat Island. When we entered our room, it was clean for the most part, (not so clean behind the table and tv). Water pressure was good. Breakfast was awesome. Employees again, Were Courteous, kind, helpful and Awesome. Very Friendly. All in All, We were there celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we are very blessed to have stayed with you guys. We will definitely see you soon.
