The hotel is very clean, updated. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Its a few mins walk from Niagara falls. I would recommend anyone to stay here. And as a bonus, we got a fireworks display!!

We struggled with the thermostat control in the room. We kept changing it to 69, but after 2 or 3 hours, it would default back down to 61. Froze us out during the night. I don’t know whether someone set hourly temperature controls to 61 as a joke, but it was miserable for us to have to keep changing it.

The hotel was clean and nice. It was not too far from the Niagara visitor's center. The hotel was obviously crowded and the front desk person was very busy, but he was still polite and helpful when we needed another towel. We would be happy to stay here again.
