$500 to lookout to a Concrete Wall

Paid almost $500 to have a view of a concrete wall and the lobby parking area. Don’t call it a premier room and give a person the worst room in the hotel.

I know we were off season but the outdoor area looked a bit of a mess from our rooms. We specifically upgraded to have a nice view and looked down onto a patio that was in disarray and a filled dumpster.
