This 3 bedroom, and 2 bath three-story back unit features a contemporary and bright aesthetic throughout. The master bedroom, located on the second floor, boasts an en suite bathroom and a luxurious king bed. The second and third bedrooms, also on the second floor, feature queen bunk beds for added sleeping space. On the second floor, you'll also find a second bathroom and a conveniently located washer and dryer. Enjoy the added comfort of solar shades on most windows throughout the home, offering privacy and enhancing your relaxation for a restful night's sleep.



Moving up to the third floor, you'll be greeted by high ceilings and an abundance of windows and natural light throughout the open living room and kitchen layout. We just loved this property, newly updated, all spaces were comfortable and beautiful with everything we needed. The outdoor roof patio was a great gathering place for our family! A real bonus was to have two parking spots. Parking can be a nightmare so close to the beach.

We had the best time staying at this property. It was great to be walking distance from the beach while also being in a super cute and updated place! We also appreciated how close it was to restaurants, shopping, etc. We also were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was for use. Could not have asked for a better place to stay or a more seamless check-in/check-out process.
