This house was in the perfect location. Walkability to various parts of town and within steps of the beach. We’d absolutely rent again.

Amazing property and a great location.

My family of 6 had a wonderful vacation at this property. Location is perfect to walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Property was clean and fresh, property manager was quick with our few requests. Amazing property .

Perfect in every way!

What a beautiful and comfy/cozy home. Nothing appeared dingy or dirty (which beach homes can easily have due to salt water air) - very clean and updated. Couldn't have had a more perfect stay and proximity to EVERYTHING was fabulous! The rental property team were very responsive if/when needed; the whole process was a breeze.

Love the location!

Overall, we all loved this place! The location is amazing (we have stayed 2 houses down before), the communication was fantastic and the place was clean. The only two things that could have been better is if the fire places actually worked (it got chilly at night!) and if check out wasn’t so early. Thanks again!!!

Maybe noisy at night during high season because on boardwalk. Otherwise excellent location, pristine home, great amenities, walk to a couple restaurants and groceries, beautiful expansive windows looking at ocean.

The kitchen is so pretty and modern and the steam room in the master bedroom is a plus. Just when you thought it couldn’t get better you walk to the third floor and see the amazing roof top jacuzzi, lounge chairs and you feel like a million bucks! While you sit on the patio you will get several random people passing by and will tell you, “ now that’s a beach house!”

Wonderful New Year's Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this property a few times before but it has now been completely remodeled and is fantastic. It was great before however the owner really went all out in making it a wonderful place! We were fortunate to stay over New Year's and the location is far enough down that we didn't get all the bar traffic, yet still close enough for the kids to walk to the pier area to go get ice cream and shop! It was a fantastic location for my son to surf, just right outside the house where I could sit on one of the decks (either master bedroom or 3rd floor) to watch him. The 3rd floor itself is like a little apartment, or at least my teenage son called it his very own bachelor pad! Great property, great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved it. The A/C in the master bedroom isn't working properly. The downstairs air and the upstairs air on the east side of the house work great. You need to have some one look at it. The Jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived. Jane sent a tech out the next day and he cleaned it up. He also stated that the Jacuzzi had NO chlorine in it. His words, not mine. Everything else worked great and we had one of the best stays ever.

Terrific House, Terrific Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the house and the location. New sofa and other new furniture added to our comfort. We walked to the Newport Pier to eat, and to check out the Farmers Market on Sunday mornings. The rooftop deck with hot tub and the infinity doors are the best. Can't wait to come back next summer!
