Hotel is ok. Expected something a little nicer at this price point as the hotel is very dated. They have issues with their key system. My key card stopped working multiple times, requiring a walk back to the front desk. It was extremely frustrating bc they know about the problem. The hot tub and pool are nice. Continental breakfast ok.

Older facility. Pool was clean. Breakfast was limited. Our room was pretty clean. Found someone’s hair band with hair in it in the chair. We paid extra for a room with a whirlpool tub but didn’t use it because it didn’t look all that clean.

Breakfast was severely disappointing. No real effort. Hot eggs would have been good or omelettes even. Had to drive to McDonald's even for good coffee. Rooms very comfortable but why is the toilet so close to the floor.

Toilet was backed up in overflowing staff on duty made me clean up somebody else's feces off the floor. Then the next morning the manager said she would have maintenance come down and never did 4:30 in the afternoon I went down to ask the manager she was gone. Staff on duty called her and she lied and said maintenance had come down that she witnessed him fixing the toilet when my wife was in the room the whole time and nobody ever showed up. The owner then walked in the door and said there was no way maintenance could have come down because he was in the hospital. No credit was given nothing was taken care of no call no apology.

The parking lot a total disaster no rhyme or reason to parking. Parkinglot snow coverd Sidewalks not cleared of snow . I get that you get alot of snow but you could at least try to clean the parking lot and side walks. Desk clerk and housekeeper complaining pretty loud about their job. In the front of hotel for everyone to hear during breakfast. Other than that its a pretty nice hotel.
