Felt ripped off!

Staff couldn't find our booking as someone else had messed things up in their computer system. We ended up with a queen handicapped accessible room and paid more than what was on our itinerary (which I showed proof of via email) for a king room with a jacuzzi tub. We travel to that area several times a year & booked here specifically for the room & area. We won't be staying again.

The hotel was not our first choice. Not many options for last minute plans. The hotel had a musty smell, the bathroom door didn't shut or lock, and there was hair in bath tub. The light over the sink didn't work. The seating area for breakfast had several benches that were not safe to sit on. Very limited space to eat. I will pass on staying there again. The prices for the night was way over priced.

This was good for the money. It was a bit noisy. The one side door did not lock, so anyone could have walked into the hotel through there; that was a bit unsettling. The front desk staff were very nice. I liked that they had coffee, tea and cocoa available as well as pop and water for sale. It was a convenient location for our trip from Ste. St. Marie down to lower Michigan.

Bedding was stained. Shower/tub spout was loose when you switched to shower mode. Lampshades & curtains were torn. Mattress was pulled away from headboard and I could see lots of hair down there. I would not recommend

It was okay. The breakfast needs to offer fruit, eggs , more choices . Mattress and pillows could use updating. Pool temperature should be warmer. We chose this one as it was the only one in the area that had an indoor pool. I don’t think it should be $200 a night .

Horrible! Our room was filthy and we did not stay and asked for an immediate refund. We have been denied a refund from this business and are currently fighting the charges with the help of our credit card company. Expedia did NOT get me the refund. Extremely disappointed in both companies! Don't stay here and I now will NOT use Expedia ever again!

This hotel was a bit disappointing. Had used towels from previous customers in the bathroom upon our arrival. TV was non-functional. Couldn't produce a receipt when I checked out. Had to wait for front dedk person, the only person there, while they were out for a smoke. Just a bit disappointing.
