All was great... only issue is that the parking at the hotel is limited and very tight to get in and out of but they do offer access to a parking garage free of charge.

Staff is too loud when check out time. They were scream and banging at the door of the clients when it was time too check out. My room was full of hair, when I asked linens to be changed they had an attitude

When I first arrived there was hair in the shower drain and gnats in the shower. When I checked in they failed to mention that the hot water was not working. After waiting 5 mins for the water to warm up I called downstairs and they told me that they were aware of the issue. It was not until 11:30pm that I was woken up from a call from the front desk to let me know the water was working again. After being kept awake from the elevator (which I shared a wall with) all night until 6am, I then got ANOTHER awakening phone call at 7:30am to ask if I needed turn down service that afternoon. When I asked for a change of room I was told they were most likely full but wouldn’t know until after 3pm. Luckily when I went down I was able to request a different room (much smaller and two beds) but I was willing due to the lack of sleep and filth in the first room. The 2nd day I tried to shower and the hot water was STILL not working properly. I was here on business so this was not acceptable.

Alot of noise they need to fix entrance door since Everytime someone goes in and out it gets slammed you can hear it. I heard it about 100 times since alot of people are in and out hanging out. Didn't get no sleep I never leave reviews but this stay was really bad one of my worse if any for the price I paid to stay there
