Starting with the hotel staff, everyone is very friendly—both at the front desk and in the buffet area. We even arrived before the check-in time and they gave us a room. The room is small but very convenient, and everything is well arranged so you can settle in comfortably. The only really bad part of the room is the shower: it’s transparent, and you can see everything. They should consider adding some kind of curtain that covers the whole area around it, since I don’t think they’ll remove the glass (that’s why I give it 4 stars). Breakfast is simple but has what you need to start the day. The hotel is basic but nice. The only unpleasant part is the streets leading to it, although I know that’s not their fault. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay at for a few nights. The train station is just one block away, which is convenient for those of us using the subway.

Dishonest room assignment

Two night stay turned sour because the first night I was put in a room without A/C. I did not realize this until the next morning when I woke up drenched in sweaty sheets . I asked the room attendant can she show me how to reduce my room temperature, she chuckled and said , no A/C here. There was a reciprocation single fan in the room , the temperature read 80’ degrees and failed to Manuel adjust. My opinion is the hotel knew the condition existed and was hoping no harm, no foul. I should have been given the choice not underhandedly prescribed.
