Decent hotel for a decent price. Not the nicest of neighborhoods, but we had no issues walking to and from the subway station. Staff were helpful, parking was in a secured area, breakfast was decent. A couple things in the room may have been overlooked by housekeeping. Otherwise, we were happy with the hotel.

Estuve aquí por asuntos familiares y el personal desde que llegué fue bien amable nos habilitó información la cual usamos para ir de lugar a lugar en la ciudad la habitación extremadamente limpia todo muy organizado y cómodo el desayuno muy delicioso las áreas comunes al igual que el elevador muy limpios estoy más que segura que volvería a quedarme en este hermoso lugar el cual está cerca de los trenes 4 y D que me me ayudó a moverme en la ciudad agradezco toda la hospitalidad de este lugar que está en un lugar muy especial para mí

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Who wants to stay in the bronx area. The hotel is very nice and clean especially the rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly. The area is very convenient near everything. Lots of places to eat from lots of restaurants and stores. Plus the hotel serves free breakfast every morning.

Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is modern and well maintained. The room was clean, well kept, functional, and good size. The bed was large and comfortable. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was good. Also free coffee, cold filtered water, and bagels available throughout the day. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the closest subway station, and a short ride to Manhattan. The neighborhood looks somewhat sketchy, but I felt safe walking to and from the subway station. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Good location to yankee stadium

Room is clean but pretty basic. Beds are hard. This is a good hotel if your going to a Yankees game as it is walkable. The neighborhood is not great but we had no issues. Ac worked well in room but wish it had been on when we arrived. The do offer a nice breakfast with eggs, tator tots, bacon or sausage, yogurt, pancakes, toast, bagels, coffee. Its a good place to stay if your not planning on spending time in your room for very long. We stayed here last year and the first floor is very busy. This trip we stayed on the third floor and enjoyed that much more. Front staff are ok they dont go out of their way to be friendly but also not rude. The poor kitchen staff was slammed both days we were there. They really need more help and someone to be clearing tables as they were either packed or a mess which was frustrating because they dont want you taking food to your rooms.

We got a double room, and when I just arrived, the room had a weird smell, but then I opened the window and it was ok. But the room and the bathroom were really clean. The sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable, firm, but not too soft or hard. The pillows were ok, but they could be better. The towels were very clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel is very close to the subway station, but the ambience around the hotel is not the best. The options for eating are poor. We went to Checkers, and the meal was greasy and tasteless. We went to a place that sells bubble waffles and had a good experience! The banana-strawberry crepe and the waffle were great! Our room faced the street, and a residential building was just beside the hotel. We could hear some noise, but as the windows were double, we could manage it well. The breakfast is good considering they offered it without extra costs. I missed a grill and cheese to make hot sandwiches, and also other options of fruits, like bananas. The bacon could be of better quality. We stayed for 7 days, and I was getting a bit tired of the same options. Otherwise, we had a good experience and I would recommend it for the price. The hotel was full for the whole period we were there, I think.
