This hotel does nog earn the level 9 for many reason There is no gift shop or any other way to obtain items forgotten or needed. 1 vending machine for the whole hotel on the first floor. Drinks only and was not working when we were there. Lastly the neighborhood is sketchy ans I was not comfortable to be outside. Hotel was clean, rooms good size and price reasonable O'd give it a 7 out of 10

There were roaches in my room. I informed the front desk they told me they just had it inspected which means there were a lot of them. They changed my room but I was not comfortable if there are roaches in one room they are in all.

I was a little skeptical at first honestly. I drove to NY from NH and I was scared about the parking but they do have a garage for $30 which is reasonable for NY. The service desk gentleman assisted me and was very kind and informative. The room was VERY clean and it was very quiet through out the night. The breakfast was a whole spread from 6-10am and throughout the hotel it was very clean. Over all I’m impressed and definitely would stay here again and would recommend!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa! O quarto era muito limpo e confortável, e a limpeza foi excelente todos os dias. A equipe foi simpática, acolhedora e sempre disposta a ajudar com tudo o que precisamos. A localização era conveniente e facilitou muito nossa locomoção pela cidade. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente o funcionário Orlando: ele faz muito mais do que apenas trabalhar, ele realmente se importa com os hóspedes e faz de tudo para ajudar — é nota mil! No geral, tudo superou nossas expectativas e tornou a viagem ainda mais agradável. Com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente! We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the city. We would especially like to highlight Orlando — he goes far beyond just doing his job; he truly cares about the guests and does everything he can to help. He is absolutely outstanding! Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
