The condo was very nice with an amazing view. The staff was very responsive to concerns. There was a slight issue when getting there at night and trying to get into the area where our condo was. All of the sections have their own gate and it was too dark to see that there was another keypad to the left of the screen depending on which gate was needed. We kept driving around trying to figure out how to get to the section we needed to access. The instructions didn’t obviously say to use the keypad on the left at the entrance. When arriving there were no pool passes or parking passes. We had to waste our first day which was one of the nicest days of the week sitting around in the condo til mid afternoon unable to use the pool waiting for the pass to be brought to us. There was an issue with the sink upon arrival but that was taken care of fairly quickly the next day after notifying them. The last concern was that while at the pool my husband was lying on a chair with his eyes closed and woke up to the security guy going through his personal belongings. It startled him and then the security guy made it seem like he was looking for his pool pass. This was never stated prior to going through my husbands personal belongings. It felt like he was trying to steal money or anything else he could find. Someone else said same thing happened to them. Despite all this we would stay here again as in general it was an amazing condo/great view/ super close access to beach and amenities.
