Cute! However,

The only complaint I have is that the bed linens, blankets and towels were stained and piled. Ready for the trash. The sofa was also stained. Gave me the “Willies.” If those items were replaced with new I’d stay again.

Great location

Condo was located within walking distance of Flagler ave and all the shops and restaurants. Condo was clean. Only issue was with supplies. Only one roll of toilet paper(for possible 6 people). No conditioner in shower. No dishwasher liquid and bed didn’t have a sheet just a comforter.

Wonderful View

I couldn't ask for a nicer accommodation. I never had to reach out to the manager because everything was provided. They thought of everything. Just bring your clothes and you are all set. Very close to everything. Just wish they would have ordered it to stop raining - lol. I will stay there again!

Great location! Clean condo. Well equipped including beach chairs & cooler. Overall quite. A little noisy at starting at 8 am with some construction nearby. Instructions were clear on basic essentials needed; although I do think having dish soap & dishwasher at least in pack would be helpful.

Great spot

We had a great time here for the 4th of July. Property was clean for the most part and close to restaurants. Only downfall of the whole trip was there was some younger kids trying to take over the pool and areas from the beach but management was good about handling. We would def go back! Place is a little dated for the condo but perfect for what we needed. Just depends on your style.

Poor Property Management

Property/Rental Management Group did a poor job of communicating what would be provided and available on site at the rental. No dish soap, no dish detergent, no trash bags, no daily cleaning service, or new towels.

Perfect Location, Needs Housekeeping Attention

Fantastic location, just as described. We loved being right on the beach. The condo has a charming ocean theme and a well-equipped kitchen. The board games, books, beach towels and chairs, and binoculars were thoughtful touches we appreciated. The living room was comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by housekeeping issues. We found several things that needed attention, including a piece of French toast and a marble-size child's toy on the living room floor. More importantly, there was a prescription pill directly under the bed in the main bedroom. This could be a major safety issue for families with young children. Also, there was an unwashed coffee mug among the clean ones and some items under the bed that could have been easily removed during cleaning. The bath towels were also a bit worn. These issues made us question the overall cleanliness of the unit. Still, with the location, we rolled with it! Sleep Number Bed? The master bedroom has a sleep number bed, but it is not functional. The motor seemed inoperable, making the bed extremely firm and uncomfortable. This significantly impacted my sleep quality. Because of that, we won't rebook this unit but will find another one in the building for our fall trip. With some improvements in housekeeping, particularly a more thorough cleaning process, and addressing the sleep number bed issue, this condo has the potential to be an excellent getaway location.

Great condo. Well equipped. Beautiful ocean view, easy beach access and walking distance to Flagler restaurants. Plus, Toni & Joe’s Patio is right next door. Perfect stay!

Nice place to stay

Floors and living room carpet were not clean but were not unlivable. Bathrooms clean. Bath mat looked stained, lifted and lots of old sand cleaned underneath mat. All appliances in working order. Pictures showed twin beds that are no longer there. The twin ver full bunk beds in that bedroom were not an inconvenience for us. Bath towels and wash cloths were badly stained. Great oceanfront view with convenient beach access. Short walk to Flagler St. shopping and to restaurants made meals convenient for us since we chose not to cook! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, OK PROPERTY

Ok folks so here is the reality of this unit… it is a fantastic location (you can walk to everything within a couple of minutes). But the property is run down and the stuff provided is zero. The furniture is uncomfortable and old rundown stuff that doesn’t look updated at all. They are like slum lords… pillows provided were old flat and gross… oh, and only one tiny gross pillow per bed. Towels were dingy and old. Not even remotely white any longer… had holes in them & just nasty. They provided one tiny bar of soap for the entire unit. The cheapest toilet paper and paper towels I have ever seen… seriously didn’t know this stuff existed and I am thrifty. NO coffee in the unit at all… not starter Kcup packs or anything. No dish soap for the dishwasher (which concerns me because they want you to run the dishwasher when you leave and since there is no soap, how is anything clean)? It is just super run down inside and cheap. But if you are looking for a great location and don’t care… this is perfect for you. We won’t be staying here again… we prefer something a little bit cleaner and better kept up. Bedding is gross too. Dingy, just really dingy! Ugh

Great place to stay.

The condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and a few minutes from Flagler. The condo was well taken care of and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was very easy and staff in the main office were super helpful.

Overall everything was good and we would stay there again. The pictures online were misleading since i thought we would have 2 twin beds in one room and ended up with bunkbeds instead. The rooms floors were not very clean and we had to buy supplies to sweep and mop the next day. The location was very close to the main street and the views were beautiful.

Great location and condo for our stay

So many great things about our stay. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. And to be looking right at the ocean upon waking was a dream. The check-in was seamless and the front desk staff so kind. My boys loved having the pool table and foosball available and made new friends all week. Their only complaint was how early it closed! :) My only suggestion would be to update the 2nd bedroom picture. It was a bunk bed and the picture shows twins. We made it work of course but my 6'5" son has trouble with bunks because he can't get his feet to hang off quite right. Lol. We got the condo specifically so he could have a separate twin...so updated pictures would be awesome! :)

Great view, great location

We loved the location and view of the property. Our only disappointments were that lamp shades and vents had dust on them. Also, most of the linens had stains on them. We weren't quite sure if they were washed and bleached. BUT... all in all, we would stay there again!
