Not the same as before

Room was very nice and comfortable. The thing that was disappointing was they changed the cable channels there. Make us watch Binghamton television stations instead of Wilkes barre Scranton and the channels kept cutting out too on the other stations. Really stinks.

Nice renovation, NO TV

I was very happy with the complete upgrades. But...the18th or 19th they changed tv carriers. I expressed my dislike and they promised to fix every day for next 5 days. NO program guide, NO local channels, we spent our evenings in our room. Hoping to see local news programming. Epic fail!!

I booked my room 10 days earlier and I paid all advance but when I went to hotel at night I supposed to stay they declined me. They did not give room said they don’t have room and cancelled the room but in front of me they gave room to somebody else for more money. Where can I go at that night. I have to stay night on the road in side my car. That’s cheating. They didn’t refund me I even . I had contact for long time with Expedia to get refund but what about consequences for cheating ?? Don’t stay there. Even I didn’t get room I saw their office , hallway is very disgusting and smelly.
