I totally understand (and support) downtown hotels charging for parking, but this place is an industrial park directly next to the highway. Do you really need to charge $4 to leave my car outside?

The hotel was under construction, and in a terrible mess. Very little done to avoid inconveniencing customers. The whole hotel and esp the room smelled so bad, was dirty, and old. The bathroom was disgusting. The whole place smelled like mildew. They didn’t even have enough coffee for customers at breakfast.

The hotel description at the time of the booking did not mention AT ALL that the property was being renovated, When we received a text the day of our arrival, we were informed that the property was being renovated. The rate was not refundable by the time we received this text since it was the same day of our arrival. The whole lobby was in disarray (being remodeled), and the staff was unfriendly. The entertainment system (TV and remote did not work and could not be connected), but I didn't even think about asking the lobby about it, because I did not see any support staff to help in the matter. To be fair, I would like to ask for some partial refund back from this hotel due to its lack of transparency, and I find this practice to be deceiving with its customers. Thank you.

Only after the cancel-by date did LaQuinta inform us of major construction in progress. Unsafe walking surfaces, dirty throughout, air conditioner very loud only to be drowned out by creaky bed. Disgusting bathroom. Breakfast in construction zone. List goes on but most alarming is that the hotel and Wyndham customer service will not respond to multiple formal complaints about conditions. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We arrived at 8:30p and no one was at he front desk for 15 min. Renovations going on. Front desk guy showed up. Not real nice or apologetic for not being there. Next morning front desk people were good.rooms are dated but clean. Bathroom sink big crack down middle.

Cheap Hotel- Don’t expect much!

In-room refrigerator & microwave did mot work. Lights must’ve had 10 watt bulbs in each lamp. No overhead light fixtures. Most electric outlets did not work. Good news was A/C worked. Outdated key system was “iffy” at best. They’re attempting to upgrade the lobby, check-in, and breakfast areas. Probably should have started in the rooms. Little things matter most!
