The hotel is very nice, but the lack of attention to an issue we had, not so nice. We were in rm#307 and for the 2 nights we stayed, we encountered obnoxiously loud noises from the room above us, #407, 1st night going till 1:30am and the 2nd night, closer to 2am. We are in our 60's and this was hard to endure. I did go down the 2nd evening, at 11:30pm to speak with the staff person at front desk, and was told "we have some crazy people that come through here sometimes". I was simply asking that they let the occupants of that room know that it was very loud and we could not sleep, but I guess they were never told because the noises continued up to 2am! So, hotel nice, but attention to customer request not so nice!

We booked for a night when we needed a place to stay because 95 became too snowy to continue. The hotel is convenient to 95 and had rooms available. The hotel & our room was clean and reasonably quiet although we could hear the people above us running around for a while. The driveway & parking lot had been plowed overnight which was helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but we did get coffee from the carafes in the lobby which we appreciated. We would stay again
