If you do pay at property, better be there be 3pm check in; otherwise they cancel your reservation, no call no nothing. My husband got there at 330, they gave oir reservation away and hotel was then booked full. We were stuck with no where to go. Then travelocity advise....next time book directly with the hotel to avoid the hotel canceling your reservation. Overall...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This place was filthy and in disrepair. The "help" didn't give me towels until I had asked a third time. Then she gave me attitude and purposely de-activated my key card. Passive-aggressiveness is not good hospitality. I left on the second day of a five day stay.

The place is run down and looks nothing like in the pictures. When I tried to check in the guy at the front desk tried to give me a queen bed when I booked a king. Door didn’t shut properly, floor in bathroom cracked and half the shower head was missing. I should be given a refund.

The first room we were assigned had a terrible odor and the bathroom ceiling tiles were black with mold. He second room smelled better and the bathroom ceiling was ok but mold was along the baseboard and the bed sheets had holes in them. “Breakfast” came in a bag with granola bars and an apple.

I booked a room for today and I could NOT stay. The entrance meaning the lobby area has an odor that needs to be addressed… the stairwell was more tolerable. The room I had- the non smoking room reeked of-smoke or some type of ador. The sheets had cigarette burns. There were no rags or towels in the room, when I-went to ask for them I was informed that the policy is two rags and two towels per room. I booked a room that sleeps 4 - what was I to do with 2 rags for 4 of us. There were spills of sort of the floor and wall. A hole in the shower. The refrigerator had some brown color running through the ice. Give credit to the person who cleaned the room the bed was well made and the floor seemed clean… but it’s a despicable place. The elevator also smelled better than the lobby. The hallway to the 2nd floor has trash all over. I was embarrassed to take the kids in and so happy I let them stay in the vehicle while I cried in. The staff told me he could go wash some towel and take it to me in an hour… I appreciated his effort but it was just deplorable. I lost $125.75 of my hard earned money. It may not be much for some but after driving 4 hours to get to an event and then needed a break to rest this was unacceptable. I get that I get what I pay for but really $120.75 for what. I don’t like to speak badly of things and advocate for people to change things but this was crazy. We were too tired to drive back tonight so I had to find somewhere at the last minute smh.

Front Desk from Hell

As arriving at the hotel, I went to the front desk. I was standing while the male and female attendees at the front desk were chatting, I said "hello" to get their attention. The young girl answered me back in a very rude way. As we walked through the hallways, one could smell the urine and see the filth all over. The room was disgusting, the sheets had holes on them. My friend went to the front desk to ask for hangers to hang the clothes. He was told, that they dont provide them because people steal the hanges. My friend asked the male attendance "what can I do", to what the male attendance reply "That's your problem, not mine." Well after that, since it was late, we called Hotels. com. They worked with was and reimbursed us the money. We only paid for one night.

The facilities smelled of pee, the front desk people were throwing a party in the lobby with some interesting characters (one was definitely a prostitute). Our room door was impossible to enter, we literally had to shoulder the door as hard as we could just to open it. Our room was definitely not clean, it smelled like someone sprayed room spray, made the beds, and kept it moving. The room had stains all over the walls, like splattered food, and what looked like blood spatter from someone being shot in the room, the ceiling was collapsing near the bathroom, the walls in the bathroom had little black curly hairs stuck to the walls, mold under the sink, so on and so forth. Stay far away. Though because of the nature of our trip, we didn’t have time to switch hotels.

Awful experience looks nothing like this picture.

Damaged door, peep hole covered with a napkin, rusty microwave, no shelves on refrigerador, electric plugs not working, stain on toilet and bath tub uncomfortable mattress, stained and broken curtains dirty windows dresser and night stand broken, smell musty and like they smoke mariguana in the room, light in bathroom not working, TV worked fine but remote battery cover missing. room 125

The pictures on the hotel's website are completely misleading. What you see online is not what you get in reality. Upon arrival, the first room we were given was absolutely unacceptable — it was dirty, with trash left all over and clearly had not been cleaned. We requested a new room and were given a second one, but that wasn't much better. The door had to be hip-checked just to open it after swiping the key, which is ridiculous. Once inside, nothing worked properly — fixtures were broken, amenities were either missing or unusable, and overall it felt neglected. The service was poor throughout the stay, with little effort made to resolve any of the issues. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you’re expecting even basic cleanliness or functionality.

The property had cockroaches and there was no towels in the bathroom. There’s no clean towels every time I go there and cockroaches running all over the place, it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed, would never go there again.
