Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin's home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. He was extremely friendly during our communications and provided all information we needed. The pictures/description match the house perfectly. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Wonderful home!

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 6 adults and one child stay in the house for 3 days. We were pleasantly surprised at the detailed "book" highlighting anything and everything we would want to know about the house and the area. The host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. We would recommend to anyone!

Family celebration

We enjoyed our stay at the “Farmhouse”; it was spacious and met all our needs. The place was clean and has been updated nicely while still retaining the character of an old farmhouse. Anytime I messaged our host, Kevin, before and during our visit, he was very responsive. We”d stay there again.

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for our family! It was myself, my husband and 2 of our adult children with their significant others. We had a weekend stay and by Saturday already discussing staying here again to attend nearby events. Tons of space to spread out, super cozy and wonderfully decorated. Everything was there that we needed. Little touches mean a lot! The house was the perfect location for us with quick access to our needs. Everyone in town we encountered was super nice. Kevin was so easy to work with and went out of his way to make things work for us.

A Perfect Blend of Charm and Comfort!

We recently stayed at the "Ritchson House" over Christmas while visiting family in the area, and it was nothing short of exceptional. This beautifully renovated Modern Farmhouse masterfully combines its Colonial roots with a chic Mid-Century Modern interior, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that felt like home from the moment we arrived. The first floor is a delight with its unique touches, such as the black-lit map of the universe in the formal living room and the dining room's versatile sound system. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for holiday meals, and the media room was a favorite spot for relaxation and catching up on work with the convenient desk setup.Upstairs, the bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable queen beds that ensured restful nights. The bunk bed setup with its own TV was perfect for kids, and the large bathroom with dual sinks was a great bonus for our group. The house's charm extends to its exterior as well. The front porch and backyard provided tranquil spaces to unwind, and parking was a breeze with both a driveway and street options. The location couldn’t have been better—situated on a quiet street yet close to local conveniences and attractions. The thoughtful renovations and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. From the seamless Wi-Fi to the modern amenities, everything was designed to make guests feel welcome. If you're looking for a unique and charming home base in New Cumberland, the "Ritchson House"
