A great escape

We absolutely loved the house and location. Great amenities and beautiful design. Great kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were and bathrooms were beautiful and spacious.

Great family getaway!

This is the perfect property to sit and relax and enjoy the river! Our party of 13 were extremely comfortable and plenty of room in the 4 bedrooms and common loft area. The river is perfect to wade out and sit in chairs or tie up floats together and watch other tubers float by. We went into Gruene and New Braunfels which are each about 15-20 minute drive. I would definitely book this property again!

Perfect River Weekend

We had a great time this weekend at this river house. The house is new, clean and classy. Everything you need is available in the house from kitchen supplies, extra bath towels, blankets and games. The outdoor space is as great as the indoor space, easy access into the water and beautiful views! We would love to stay here again - it was perfect!

We struggled every morning with the coffee maker, thought it would never get coffee made, longest time in history! Needs repairing, us coffee lovers gotta have that coffee first thing you know.

I have to say that this home was so beautiful and had such gorgeous views and natural lighting. No one wanted to leave. This home had everything to accommodate our group of 12 comfortably. The river access was so convenient for the kids to swim and float. We saw deer and ducks every morning and during the day. I will definitely be staying here again!

It was well stocked and clean. Lovely outdoor spaces. We enjoyed a fire outdoors every evening. We even saw lightening bugs that I haven't seen in many years! The management company was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely go back for future family trips!!!

Wonderful River house

The house was great. Nice and Clean, stylishly decorated , and well arranged for large families . Easy access to the river in an area that is Shallow so kids can wade and play or you sit in a chair . The only suggestion I would make is gate one patio to eliminate access to the stairway or front yard. Also River road can be busy and with young kids and pets it would be nice to have a fence along the front as well to be sure no way kids or pets could Get in the street. We would definitely rent it again. We are a large family with young grandchildren and it was wonderful ! If it were summer you would want to bring lawn chairs , floats , yard games to play .

Girls Weekend Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house thu-sun for a girls weekend. the house was located in a great spot. Very close to bars and tubing. The house was decorated great and was right on the water. Everything was in working order. The only complaint I would have is the wifi was spotty at times and the master downstairs would never cool off. the rest of the house was freezing and that bedroom was super hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that the house was perfect. I would stay there again!
