Welcome to The C&C Home. Where you will enjoy your own yard, deck, BBQ and fire pit with wood. The suite is located 2.3 km (3 min) from downtown Nelson; is just far enough out of town that you feel like you are in the country, surrounded by tall trees, breathing in fresh mountain air. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare full, family and friends, sized meals. A gas fireplace provides the open living space with a cozy ambiance for relaxing evenings.

The Home is a new, single floor, free standing building. It sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 private bedrooms. It is located 9.3 km (7 min) from The Whitewater Ski hill access. The large Cedar Deck provides extra space to relax and socialize. At night the creek noises in the background create an ambiance that soothes. All water is supplied by our private well!! 100% Clean filtered mountain ground water.

There is lots of free parking. The living space has a 65' Smart TV and Free WIFI. Bring a USB key or a laptop, with movies and music, and plug it into the TV. Some Coffee and tea is provided. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, and all soaps/ detergents are included. Spices and cooking oil are stocked.

The suite is maintained by a professional cleaner and the snow removal is done by a plowing company. There is a Storage/ Pump house for secure Adventure Gear storage.

Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Please do all dishes. Start dishwasher 1 hour before 11am check out.
We will put dishes away.
Clean up after yourselves. (BBQ cleaned after use, garbage and recycling organized, Outside area left organized)

Smoking permitted outside. Ashtrays available.

The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, cooking oil, tin foil, baggies. Lots of pots and pans , serving bowls , dishes and cups. Corey was very responsive for anything we asked for. The only thing that could be clearer in the discription was the beds. The master bedroom had a king size bed and a double mattress that went on the ground. I don't consider a mattress on the floor a bed. The third bed room talked about a double bed and a single bed. The single bed was a bean bag bed that may be suitable for a child. Again the discription should not say this is a single bed. We managed with the bed situations.

We had a great stay in Nelson, kayaking was asuperb, loved the little beach we were recommended to go to! Fires at night were a nice relaxing way to wind down. The place was clean and comfortable and contact with our host was excellent and the drinking water at the place amazing!

We had two nights in Nelson. Beautiful area of B.C. House was good for 3 couples. Nice to have a well stocked kitchen including coffee! Large washer and dryer (we didn’t use) but would be great for a longer stay. Communication with Corey was easy.

Nelson trip

My friends and I had a good time at this location. It was slightly further from Nelson downtown compared to other available properties on Vrbo but I found it easy to get around with a car rental. Corey was a very hospitable host and responded quickly to inquiries. I look forward to staying here again.

Humble but nicely equipped place that fit the bill for our ski trip lodging

Owner Corey lives next door, was very helpful, and came over to introduce us to his place. One of our party of 4 slept on the sofabed, which was comfortable but in the main living space - not an issue for us. The location neighborhood is a bit unusual, but fine, and a few minutes drive from downtown Nelson. We would stay at Corey's place again.

Myself, husband, brother , sister in law and my parents stayed here, can't say enough great things. Corey is very welcoming and knowledgeable about what to do around Nelson ! Our stay at Corey's place was outstanding. He contacted us the minute we made our booking, walked us through the place to show us around. It was the best equipped place we have ever stayed in, endless amounts of supplies such as coffee, tea, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and even cooking oil. There were tons of towels and face cloths, as well as dish cloths for the kitchen. We used the kitchen a lot as it was so well equipped and just a nice space. The fireplace made the entire place so cozy. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Keep in mind it is a tiny bit of a drive to town, best to have a vehicle, but only a 2 minute drive. So overall an outstanding experience.

The property is a couple of kilometres from town but for us this was a bonus. We would stay here again as it was comfortable, had lots of room and everything we needed. The owner met us when we arrived & was good answering questions when planning our trip.
