Such an awesome space! The lounge area was great, and having coffee / tea / bottled water in that space as well was so nice. I had the best sleep in a very long time on the coziest bed. We will be back for sure!

Our suite was fantastic in almost every way. High ceilings, a great shower, and plenty of amenities we never used but were impressive nonetheless. A few quirks aside, it was a great stay. One thing that wasn't clear to us: there's no daily room service or tidying. Not a big deal, just worth knowing ahead of time. The rest of the quirks are more subjective, so still a great rating and overall a great stay.

This is a heritage hotel that has been updated without losing its charm. In the heart of downtown you can walk to shopping and restaurants and enjoy the history of Nelson. Of course, the rooftop hot tub is a must! We will definitely stay again next visit to Nelson

We had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and everything else met our expectations. The only downside was that the hotel does not have parking available, which made things a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Clean room, bathroom isn’t a great setup at all, parking situation wasn’t ideal. No elevator. Quiet and spacious room. Wouldn’t stay there again because of the bathroom, crammed shower that might have been an old tanning bed

It was a cool room loved the exposed brick and it was spacious and clean. Would have liked some black out curtains and it was disappointing that the body spray in the shower wasn’t working. Otherwise it was a fantastic location to venture downtown. Appreciate that it was pet friendly.
