We were very happy with this condo. The property was very clean. We loved the building in general, and its location on the beach. Easy to walk to the pier and three restaurants. Elevators were fast and we hardly had to wait.

Great property management company

Wonderful unit that was super clean, nice linens, plenty of bath linens. Awesome beach view easily accessible.

Perfect condo and location for our large family! The guys loved fishing daily on the pier while the younger ones were happy playing in the shade under the pier! Best place!

Stunning views

We loved the property. It was beautifully decorated , very “beachy”. It had a well stocked kitchen , although it could use a few more forks. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach and the pier. Andy Ds restaurant next door was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Location was great! WiFi did not work the entire time which luckily we were at the beach and outside of the room so it wasn’t a huge concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

This is a great property. Every part of check in, our stay and departure was smooth. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the A/C unit, called the office and someone was at the condo within 30 minutes. I can't say enough about the beautiful location! Highly recommend Summerwind condo's

Roomy condo. Beautiful location.

We had a large group of women and this condo did not disappoint when it came to space and number of beds. And having a bathroom for/next to each bedroom was a huge bonus! When reaching out to the property mgmt, they were very quick to respond. Would DEFINITELY book this location again for a large gathering.

Wedding

We stayed here for my sisters wedding and the condo was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was higher than what I was expecting walking in! This is our first trip to Navarre and won’t be our last!!! We look forward to coming back and staying in this condo!

Spectacular view

Beautiful view, very clean, updated kitchen was so very nice. Beach / water were, spectacular, cyrstal clear waters, blue, emerald green with stunning white caps.... and wonderful porch that makes the water and condo like one. Thank you.

We loved how easy it was to walk to many restaurants, bars, beach and gas station from the condo. We never had to use our car! Rooms were bigger than they look in pictures. Elevator was fast. Perfect corner spot with lots of natural light. We went to check in at 4:00 exactly and the house keeper was still mopping and cleaning. We were thankful for the clean space however after a 7 hr drive with kids we wanted to be able to just go inside during the appropriate check in time.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great tike visiting Navarre. The condo was as described. There were a few issues, but communicating with the property management was so easy! There were a few areas in the bathrooms where there was mold present, and some of the dishes had to be rewashed, but overall the condo was clean. The view from the large balcony was amazing! Unfortunately there were double red flags at the beach for the majority of our stay, but we were able to take advantage of the pools, which are well maintained. Overall, great stay.

Great view and location

Everything was as listed/ shown. It was very humid inside the condo and when it rained- water came in the front door. We made the property manager away at check out and they said they would take care of it before the next people checked in. We still enjoyed the visit and the rocking chairs on the balcony were great. We were able to see dolphins near the pier one morning. Would stay here again.
