We loved the area and the condo was very nice. The beds were super comfortable. The hosts were kind, communicative, and helpful. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms (the one with the king bed) has a large cut out in the wall near the ceiling and is open to the kitchen. This meant that any activity going on in the living room and kitchen was bothersome to those in that room. There was very little privacy. The listing description does NOT makes this clear unless you carefully look at the pictures. There should be explicit mention of this in the listing.

We loved the view of the River and the closeness to downtown. The train tracks are very close but the noise wasn’t horrible. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Well furnished and we had all the essentials we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Nashville Steeplechase Weekend

We didn't realize quite where the neighborhood was when we rented the condo (only because we are not very familiar with the area). We really liked the balcony over the river with the barges and trains busily working right outside. But very quiet when you are inside. The one thing to note in the second bedroom was the open section of the wall that faces the kitchen and living area. It was maybe not as private of a room, but it worked for us. We also learned that we were just a couple minutes walk to the Germantown area. Lots of places to walk to eat, a farmers market, and the minor league baseball team, Go Sounds!.They also were able to accommodate our request for a later checkout, which was really nice. Great time there!

Fun place to be!

Our host was amazing. The place is spotless right on the river, they have all the essential items like coffee, bathrooms are spacious and super clean all the bedding and towels were pristine. Building overall was extremely quiet even though we ran into people coming and going all the time. It's a short walk to Broadway, and even to go up to the gulch was around mile and half, but printers ally you can hit with a rock. There was 4 of us by no means cramped at all. Will recommend to anyone to stay there.

Great Location

I would definitely recommend this location. Great host! Great communication and easy check in and out processes. The condo was close enough to downtown (walking distance, if you don't mind walking) but it was also far enough to have some quiet time. The train does go by quite a bit but honestly it was not so bad that noise didn't really bother me. I enjoyed this stay!

Great accommodations in a great location. Easier to get everywhere either by vehicle or ride share. Communication with host was excellent. Never heard the train at night if you are worried about that.

The condo was well stocked with anything you would need. The patio and river view were so nice to sit have coffee and drinks. We loved how everything was easily accessed with a remote app to open condo/garage/security. The location to broadway from the condo was perfect!

Very cool River front apartment

The location on the Cumberland River by the old train trestle was pretty fun – we enjoyed the balcony – and being away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway – this was a clean, comfortable stylish apartment. Thank you, Scarlett.

Excellent Property

The apartment was awesome. The check in process was smooth, and the hosts communicated throughout our stay. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The kitchen was fully equipped for basic meals and the bedrooms and common spaces were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The best part about the apartment was the deck overlooking the river. We had coffee outside every morning and watched the train and barges along the river. It was so peaceful. The location is in an industrial part of town which is 1 mile from Broadway and a few blocks from Germantown. There is not much in the general vicinity, but you are a short walk/uber ride from anywhere you want to go.

Nashville Stay with Friends

The condo was clean and well appointed. Looked just like the photos. Scarlett was very helpful and check in and out were super easy. View of river was nice. However it was very noisy. You can hear everyone walking and talking in condos above and beside you at all hours of the night. Although only a mile, the walk to Broadway was ok during the day but did not seem safe to do at night. However Ubers are very easy to get. Overall a nice place to stay with friends.

Nashville GetAway

We traveled from NC and my sister and brother-in-law traveled from Michigan and we met up at the property. It was wonderful and all that we needed was included. The river view was incredible, the balcony perfect for four people, and the bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for us. We were so happy to have two parking spaces in a secure and covered deck. We would recommend stocking a few more place settings of dishes and silverware to avoid having to use the dishwasher more than once. We also would have liked to have a coffee pot of some kind (we brought our own coffee to brew). We were glad to have the Keurig and pods. Thank you for a great experience! If we go to Nashville again, we would book the same place. Karyn
