Perfect Location, cleanliness, security and pool so welcoming

We walked everywhere on our sightseeing list!! It was excellent to be close enough to action yet situated in shopping and more chill locale for pool hours here and there too. Condo was clean and welcoming. Amenities were well kept. Security was fantastic! Worth the price!

Great location - property as advertised and met expectations. It's the little things that are difference makers - reasonable cutlery, equipment utensils, shampoo dispenser, etc. However, linen was great, bed as comfortable, good gym ... nice building in a great location,

Great place to stay

Very nice condo in an area loaded with restaurants and close to Broadway. Very comfortable in the condo and enjoyed using the community center with exercise equipment and pool table. Wasn't able to use the pool as the weather didnt cooperate but it looks like a really nice area. If you understand the bus system, it only vosts $1 to get downtown. The cheapest Uber was about $25. Or you can use one of the many e-scooters or e-bikes around. Very nice area to stay in for a visit to Nashville. cooperate.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at Pine Street Lofts. Clean, safe location, conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The management team was fantastic with responding to questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location and amenities

Urban Nashville is a fantastic company to deal with great communication. Check in was effortless amenities, especially the pool was icing on the cake. Location was optimal lots to do in the gulch and short Uber ride to downtown.

Perfect place to stay. Only 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean and even a balcony for morning coffee😊

Weekend stay

The apartment is nice, very clean and a great location. Great pool. A couple of suggestions.: 1. it would be nice to get more detailed instruction regarding how to get from your parking spot back into the apartment. It wasn’t clear to us that we had to go back down to the first floor, find the exit door, then go back in to the apartment building. 2. The vent in the bathroom needs some work. It’s very noisy. 3. The TV and remote control are difficult to figure out. Some instructions on how to use the remote would be very appreciated. Changing the channel was very slow. 4. Let renters know that the switch for the garbage disposal is below the sink in the cabinet. 5. Kind of strange that the faucet on the kitchen sink is fixed right in the middle. Cannot be adjusted to move towards the right or left sink.

Great location & outside space

Perfect place to stay for two. Location in the gulch is great- off the hustle and bustle of Broadway but not far to reach. Apt was the right size for two and the outdoor area was adorable. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and other amenities.

After navigating the entry instructions, our first impression was great! Place was clean, we could cool off at the pool, and sleeping was comfortable. Great restaurants, and walkable to music city & honky tonks. Wear comfy shoes & you'll have lots of fun!

Great little condo in the gulch

This was our first visit to Nashville. I absolutely recommend this property for a quiet couple. It is a residential building with a pool, workout room, etc. we walked to the market for a few breakfast items and walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go using this as our home base. Property managers are extremely responsive and helpful!

Perfect spot

We were looking to be close to downtown but not too close to the craziness. This place was perfect, downtown was walking distance. The apartment is so clean, spacious. It felt really comfortable. Love the washer & dryer in the unit! You are so close to so many cute shops and restaurants. I felt very safe walking back at night. The parking garage & parking situation is pretty confusing- it was hard to find our car from our room, we did a lot of walking to try to find our car lol. The building is just big and easy to get confused on where you are at versus the garage. I definitely would stay here again without a doubt. It was such a nice getaway! The host was very nice & very responsive.

Clean. Comfortable, Conventient

Not only is the complex in a great location, the apartment is literally next door to an elevator that takes you to the main entrance/exit. Restaurants and a grocery store in the immediate area. Parking worked great and is nice to have included. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and the pool view was very nice.
