Booked this due to kitchenette and amedies. Well laundry room was down. The only ice machine on 1st floor worked but couldnt even get more than 5 cubes. The kitchenette came with 1 pot. Asked for anything they had was given 1 cup 1 fork no frying pan no utensils to cook no plates. So couldnt use the kitchen. No gym and cleanliness not the best. I dont mind lady bugs could be worse but our room had dozens of them on us while sleeping. There is better hotels in the area at cheaper rate

It was perfect for our stay. The staff was amazing, friendly, & helpful. The weekend we were there we had some bad weather & the staff was great with sharing the emergency procedures/locations for tornado warnings.
