We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our group of family visiting for a college graduation. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to plenty of stores, restaurants, and things to do. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

21st Birthday

We were in Nashville to celebrate a 21st birthday. We rented two units, side by side and both condos were amazing! We appreciated the snacks and stocked beverages, as well as the great communication with Lauren. The layout of the condo accommodated all of our guests easily and the location was very convenient to Broadway. Overall, we had a such a fun weekend, and the condos were a big part of our experience. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing! Coming for my 23rd birthday, a stay like this was just what I needed. Lauren was quick to come by when we were having trouble with the WiFi and she fixed it quickly. This stay is definitely an ideal spot for Nashville, not too far from anything.

The owner was great! Our group was able to get an early check-in, the house had a wonderful welcome basket and a list of helpful tips and places to visit/eat. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!

I am so happy I found this place. Lauren is so nice and professional. This is the first time in a long time that I have booked a place and when you walk in it is so clean. When I say clean I mean clean. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the location and that is because a lot of the activities were downtown . But other than that I will definitely recommend renting this location. Did I forget to mention how clean the house was also well stocked with snacks. I will definitely rent here again!!!

Excellent Property

Clean, new, very spacious, well-appointed, and convenient to many parts of Nashville. Need to know: This is built as a multi-level townhouse. The bedrooms are on the second, third, and fourth levels, so if you have mobility issues this might not be your place. We were there with 8 adults and four children ages 7 to 15, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen and bathrooms were excellent, and there were plenty of linens and towels. Would 100% stay again!

Sisters' week!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we had a wonderful time. The house was in a perfect location for us - quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the places we wanted to see. One of those places (Centennial Park and the Parthenon), was a 3 minute walk. We made breakfast at home everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed and two choices for making coffee. The beds were very comfortable and private. If steps are an issue for you then this lovely home is not an option. Our hosts, Lauren and Jen, were wonderful and always replied quickly. We would stay here again.

Perfect Bachelorette Party House

I stayed here with 7 girlfriends for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The house was so clean, set up so cute and the host was responsive and super helpful with anything we needed! The location was a quick Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this house if you have a group of people coming to Nashville and will definitely stay here again! :)

Wedding weekend

The property was great! We were here for our sons wedding. We rented this unit and had fiends rent the one beside us. The location is close to pretty much everything. The only thing I didn’t realize is that the Master bedroom had 2 queen beds instead of a King bed. We made it work. The property was fantastic and Lauren was super easy to work with.
