Cottage Charm is great!

Great location and property. Whole upstairs apartment was quiet and comfortable. Excellent kitchen and fridge and dining area. Tv in king sized bedroom and living room had internet/roku tv. Only 1 bathroom which was small but adequate.

Cottage Charm is managed by Grand Welcome, and I’ve got nothing but great things to say about this company. The second night of our stay the doorknob broke and we couldn’t get back in the unit on a rainy night. I called the 800 number and we quickly determined that the doorknob broke inside. Ariel, the local representative, hustled over to the cottage and she even called a locksmith on the way, rather than risking further delay. Sure, we were locked out for 40 minutes. But problems are going to happen, and in my mind Grand Welcome could not have been nicer or faster to resolve. It’s how you recover that matters. And they were excellent.
