Perfectly located to be our “home” while visiting our Nashville kids

This property was the perfect location for us to stay Memorial Day weekend while we visited two of our kids who study and work at nearby schools. The loft was spacious and quiet, we walked to Hillsboro and to 12 south easily, parking was ample and easy, communication was great.

First time visiting Nashville and spending NYE. I can summarize our stay and our trip as memorable, fun, fabulous, wonderful and the accommodations were great! From booking to check out everything was excellent, the host responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. The only reason we would not stay here on our next visit is just that we want to be walking distance from Broadway, and at this location we had to take an Uber every time. If that is not a issue to you, then this is the perfect place to stay.

Great place to stay

You will definitely be very pleased with your stay. Extremely comfortable accommodations. The only negative is the street noise, especially when the emergency vehicles pass. I truly don't like to include this one negative.....which was okay for us.....but I know this could be a deterrent for others. But with this one tiny comment aside, I would not hesitate to book this venue again.

Very nice, clean, and roomy. Just a little problem with the traffic noise since it is at an intersection. Also, on a dead-end street which helped with parking. Great location for around 21st street and walking distance to different places.

Bucket List Ladies Trip

Perfect location! Walkable restaurants and shops, and felt very safe & comfortable in area. Ubering was easy, short & cheap to everywhere. Perfect condo for 4, very clean, modern and nicely furnished. Host was super with communication and recommendations! We loved our Nashville trip and happy we chose this Condo! Absolutely Love this Property

This property is fantastic. Super clean and well maintained. I am super picky and this exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. Decor was super cute. The location was great. Boutiques and restaurants just a short walk away. We had no problems getting Ubers to and from Broadway. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. I cannot recommend this property enough. We had a great time.

I loved the openness of the floor plan. It was as described. Close to shops and restaurants. Very loud street noise and could hear it all night even over a fan. Had some issues with a/c and put a bit of a damper on our stay, however, the owner did offer other accommodations. Overall it was comfortable.

40th birthday celebration

This place was great for two couples. Each couple had a king bed with its own bathroom, which was a requirement for us while still being a short Uber away from Broadway without having the loud party scene back where we were staying. 4 min walk to Hillsboro neighborhood with shops and restaurants. This is a great place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It the sweet spot from a location standpoint. Close enough to lthe Broadway music to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet and out of the traffic pattern. Hope to stay again in the future.
