Located in a quiet residential area only 300m from the beach, this flat is located on the 1st and last floor of the residence with collective swimming pool. Parking space is not private. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Non-smoking accommodation. Animals are not accepted.

An outside staircase leads to the balcony with awnings and a view of the surrounding cliffs and the residence's pool. The balcony is equipped with a table for 4 people. The air-conditioned living room consists of a sitting area with sofa bed, TV (French channels), coffee table, and a dining area with sideboard, table for 4 and fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, 3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, Senseo coffee machine and pods, toaster, kettle).
A separate bedroom with window is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and a cupboard. The WC is separate. A shower room with shower tray, washbasin, chest of drawers and washing machine completes the flat.
Narbonne-Plage is a family resort par excellence with its 5 km long sandy beach gently descending into the sea. It allows young and old to relax in complete freedom. The hinterland invites you to discover its cultural and gastronomic treasures.
The residence "Eden Roc 2", with its collective swimming pool (opening between June and September, exact dates to be confirmed) is located at the foot of the massif de la Clape (protected natural site), the large beach is very close and the centre with its shops and restaurants easily accessible on foot.
