Good location for restaurants and visiting Herculaneum in Ercolano. Short train journey to either Naples or Pompeii and small book able tour coach leaves the train station each morning to visit Vesuvius weather permitting. Very comfortable accommodation with breakfast and fully recommend for a unique Italian experience.

Villa Durante is a lovely old villa that’s well located for Herculaneum. The room we stayed in was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early too.
