Dirty bed sheets (old and clearly should have been replaced many years ago) and lots of bugs found in around the hotel room. Asked for a refund but no success so far. Reception staff very helpful and tried their best to solve the issues.

I love this place, frnt desk excellent, continental breakfast very good, the only problem for me was the elevator, very slow the staff and the guests use the same elevator, so every time you want to used is taken to long time to get down or up. I believe that the only problem in the busy days.

We arrived early and Heather checked immediately if any room was available for early check which was not but she was very helpful. She was gone by the time we checked in and another Spanish speaking gentleman checked us who too was pleasant. Check in was very easy. The only thing was there was one table with umbrella at the pool, there should have at least been 3 to accommodate all the guests. They said they were ordered but had been some time. Overall it was good and will be back

The property and staff great. Heather at the front desk and Maria at the food service breakfast area great and friendly. I already reserved to stay again for father day. I used to stay at Marriot hotel even became a member. However, I feel such as home with I stay here the I rather do my reservations with them.

This Hotel was once a hidden gem but not anymore. The lobby floor is felthy. The lobby bathrooms are not clean. The lobby tables still have breakfest crumbs. The room smells too.
