Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, the apartment displayed on the website is NOT the one we got, It was way smaller than the one in the pictures and extremely uncomfortable for my 6 feet tall siblings, the bathroom is literally a broom closet with bathroom furniture, also the check-in guy was trapped in the apartment because of the door wouldn't open, we had to bash the door to get him out, but at least they fixed the door. They were however very polite and accommodating, even when they offered a different apartment (more beautiful as they said) to then just take it off the deal. Also, the beds are NOT suitable for people over 200 pounds.
