The unit is in an ancient building and not a very nice neighborhood but once you get inside the unit itself is very nice it’s fresh it’s clean it just doesn’t have a lot of amenities
like there’s nobody making sure that all the sugar should’ve been replaced but wasn’t or Kleenex there’s no Kleenex there and other little nice things I’ve come to expect weren’t there. A coffee maker but only 2 cups so when I set them out to be replaced cause they were dirty somehow they made decided that I didn’t want the cups and just took them away why would she drop off extra coffee if we had no cups?? it’s not the biggest issue in the world but it seemed like it should be something that is able to be fixed quickly and I wound up having a couple phone calls email a day and then that when we checked out finally there were two clean cups there but I’ve been sick and I wanted to have tea the night before and there was no cups to do it in and it was just miserable. Our contact said he’d be over in an hour with clean cups but he never showed up and finally it was the next day it would’ve been better if he had just said he couldn’t get there till the next day.
The dining area in the hotel was fitted out with lots of nice tables but they didn’t turn the heat on so it was miserably cold and no one was there no one to ask anything no cups to get nothing. It’s all the problems of an offsite manager. And maid that doesn’t speak English
