This hotel is an absolute treasure. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate each of us. Every detail is considered and the entire experience is like walking into an oasis. The garden is a lovely retreat and one member of our group enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa just outside the garden. They commented that is was one of the best they have had. We stayed only one night and enjoyed a breakfast included in the stay, that was above and beyond even for Italy. The waiter was kind and quick to make sure we had anything we needed. One of the best meals of our 25 day trip and again the hotel itself was an absolute gem!

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff are lovely, the location is amazing and the property itself is stunning. Also teh bathtub is so big you could swim in it. Just perfect.

The stay was generally nice. Breakfast was great and the location was excellent for exploring. I would say our room was maybe a bit of a disappointment in comparison to the photos, and the bedding was very strange without a real duvet cover. However the building is beautiful and staff were very kind

Such an amazing property! Warmly greeted after a daring ride up the single person elevator but it is worth it!!! Truly one of a kind. We had a very early departure so the packaged up breakfast for us to take. We will be back.

Hidden Gem

Artemesia Domus -Giordano is a fabulous, tucked away oasis in bustling Naples. It’s on the second floor of an imposing, kind of dreary building, but once you walk through the door you really are transported. The hotel is well run, beautiful, and the rooms are incredibly quiet for such a busy European city. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Naples.

I liked the staff at this property, they were super friendly and helpful. I also liked the location, not too far from the centre to walk and in a nice neighbourhood. It was a little strange to access - through a dark alley and in an old lift. The room was ok, nothing special. Clean and functional. No real English channels on the TV unless you pay or log into apps. Breakfast again was ok. Overall it was fine as a b&b, nothing special but it served a purpose given the price

Our stay at Artemisia Domus - Giardino was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always ready to assist with any request. Their friendliness and professionalism truly set the tone for our stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of modern luxury and classic Italian charm. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and sophisticated. The property itself is the epitome of boutique hotel luxury, with a serene garden that provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the port area of Napoli. We were able to easily explore the city’s many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location, the hotel feels like a tranquil oasis. I highly recommend Artemisia Domus - Giardino to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Napoli. We can’t wait to return!
