The resort does not have elevators. PARKING: Cars must be parked in places designated. Only one vehicle per apartment may be parked on the premises at one time. Owners', renters', and guests' cars may be parked on premises only during periods of occupancy and must have a parking permit displayed. Parking permits available at the front desk.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
