We loved this VRBO. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed. We spent most of our time there on the lanai. The only complaints I have is the bedroom nearest the ocean was way too hot for comfortable sleeping even with the fan on. We did figure out that it had its on thermostat but that didn’t make a difference. Second complaint is the furniture is super old & not comfortable at all; especially the couch! Get a new couch please!

Paradise View!

We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the years but this unit by far has the most incredible view ! When I booked this vacation my two criteria were oceanfront view and good space. We got both and then some. My husband and I traveled with our three college age daughters . We were all comfortable and loved spending our evenings turtle watching and waiting for another amazing sunset. The only downside was that there is not a swimmable beach due to beach erosion and there is construction going on in and around the building. This just means it will be even better on the next visit. .

Just a short break frim everyday life in California. What an amazing property!!! View was spectacular. Home was clean fully decorated and amenities were top notch!’ I did not want to leave. Pool was nicely heated, there's a good snorkeling spot just a short walk down the beach, and the condo is very spacious, beautiful long lanai right on the water with seating and table. We spent tons of time out there. Plenty of easy parking. Only thing I would improve--the kitchen is a little under-equipped.

Stunning views and expansive outdoor lanai

I loved the proximity to the ocean, views and huge lanai comfortably furnished. It was wonderful to hear the waves and see the wales, full moon throughout with the floor to ceiling wall to wall windows. The screens offered great breezes and I never turned on the AC.

The condo needs some TLC one the bathrooms toilet was loose on the floor master bedroom bed is sage Barley sleepable the ceiling was missing in 1/2 bath the door jam on the other bedroom damaged some of the dishes we’re dirty. the view was great last guest 8-18-21

The units we have had for the last few years have been wonderful. While we were there last week we checked out another unit with a different view with plans to rent for next April. Although it was a corner unit with wrap around patio, the furnishings, carpet was terrible. Moral of the story: the quality of the units vary greatly. Some are great, some not so much. Views are great, pool has been greatly improved.

Perfect for Whale Watching!

Our stay was for the 3rd week in January 2020 and we had a ring side seat for watching the whales frolicking right outside the condo. The condo was clean, and no signs of cockroaches, which was a relief. The pool was nice, too. Good location for trips to Lahaina and Kapalua. Would definitely re-book.

Hot Week On Maui

Condo matches the pictures but is very...very dirty. Major bug problem with ant and roach traps through out the entire condo. We counted and found 17 traps. We saw roaches every day. The condo is very dirty....it needs a major over all deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.

Absolutely stunning!

We stayed at this property at end of October 2019 for four nights. Plenty of room for two adult couples. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. We easily saw a turtle swimming next to the shore. Sunset with views of Molokai and Lanai were absolutely stunning. The condo is a short drive to Kaanapali and Kapalua. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time for 3 weeks in this condo. It was exactly as described, very clean, great location, fabulous, fabulous view. My only suggestion would be that the complex should consider upgrading the pool area. The cement area surrounding the pool is cracked and re-painted many times and looks dated and a bit dingy. The pool itself is older but in decent shape. I think new surrounding cement and a few more umbrellas and it would be a real show place especially in lieu of the shrinking beach front. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I would go back again and stay in the same unit!
