Encantador 2 habitaciones, 1 baño Cottage cerca de la ciudad

Situado en una calle privada a sólo un corto paseo de la ciudad y fácil acceso a los carriles bici y playas, nuestra propiedad es una escapada de Nantucket por excelencia. Nuestra propiedad consta de dos cabañas (Cottage A, Leeward y Cottage B, Windward), estilo dúplex, con entradas y cubiertas separadas y un amplio patio compartido (ver listado # 602380 para el listado de Cottage A). También hay un estudio separado en la propiedad que los propietarios usan ocasionalmente.

Cottage B (Barlovento) tiene dos dormitorios, 1 baño, y salón principal con cocina eficiente y espacio vital. Las dos habitaciones tienen camas de tamaño completo. La cubierta con vistas al gran patio compartido, muy bien cuidada, y con cómodos muebles de exterior y una parrilla de gas (nueva parrilla Weber en 2016). También hay un amplio aparcamiento en la calle. Ropa de cama, sillas de playa y toallas.

La cocina fue renovada en 2015 y cuenta con un refrigerador LG, una estufa compacta, un microondas y un lavaplatos. Se proporciona todo lo que usted necesita para una escapada de una semana.

El baño se actualizó en 2016 con pisos de mármol y paredes de azulejos con un moderno marco de ducha de vidrio.

Fuera cuenta con un gran patio ajardinado profesionalmente y una gran ducha exterior (nuevo en 2015). La ducha exterior proporciona agua caliente y un vestidor para mayor privacidad.

Mientras que sólo un corto paseo a Main Street la casa está en una calle apartada que es tranquilo y privado. Usted se sentirá como si estuviera millas de distancia del bullicio de la ciudad.

Se proporcionan WiFi y un televisor de pantalla plana con TV por cable.

Family summer vacation to Nantucket

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Nantucket property! We were a family of 4 wanting a beautiful trip to Nantucket before our son & daughter leave for college. This cottage is beautifully updated and has every amenity you could want. A brand new grill, beautiful deck, secluded flat backyard, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and updated kitchen & bath! Air conditioning worked very well too! We so enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again in the future. Many thanks from us all! Jen & David Offutt

Nice, convenient stay in Nantucket

The property was as advertised. Kendra and Phil were responsive to our needs. The deck and yard is a beautiful oasis to relax and spend time.There were a couple of minor issues that came up. The beach chairs were all broken, Kendra reported that they were not aware and we managed. Also, the gas grill would not light. It was brand new a previously unused . I suspect the gas was empty but Kendra responded quickly with a solution.All in all, I would highly recommend the property, it will give the owners the benefit of the doubt.

The quintessential Nantucket holiday

When we were looking for a property, our daughter was staying at the White elephant but was unable to book us a room due to a convention. The “windward” cottage came up and fit every criteria.We were so pleasantly surprised when we actually got there, and saw how quaint and well maintained it us.

Fabulous spot!

We had a great stay at this cute cottage! It was about a 17 minute walk into town with sidewalks. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful before we got there and the house was stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend, including lands end bedding and bathroom linens (the best!! :) would absolutely recommend this cottage and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay. The communication and check-in were seamless, and anything expected of us during our stay was clearly explained. Nantucket Visit

Our stay in Nantucket could not have been more perfect! This was our third summer vacationing on the island and this was by far our favorite accommodation. Kendra and Phil were very responsive before, during and after our stay. The cottage was absolutely perfect! It is not far from town to walk, buses can be easily accessible from the location, and overall everything was great. We had everything we needed as far as towels, chairs, kitchen tools, etc . The backyard was perfect for grilling, enjoying meals outside and our puppy had an absolute blast having an outdoor area, especially coming from the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and hosts. Thank you!

CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN and perfect all around!

We just finished up a week long stay at the cottage. It was a 5/5!! The cottage was cozy, yet perfectly appointed and the attention to detail was superior. We are a family of four two adults/two teens and we didn’t feel cramped or inconvenienced. It’s a perfect location to town and a perfect starting point for travel across the island. What impressed me the most was how clean the cottage was on the inside and the outside. Perfect!! Perfect!!! Perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful property

Gorgeous landscaping and outdoor deck. All amenities. We walked and ubered to different places for our family wedding venue. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Definitely uber to and from seastreak. Shared the duplex with family which made it extra fun. But each unit is set up for privacy. Spotless. Quiet.

Lovely cottage!

We enjoyed our stay in this very cute cottage. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable mattresses .. great patio with table chairs and umbrella! Owners extremely nice and responsive. Great location for an easy walk or bike to town. Highly recommend!

Lifesavers

We stayed on Boyer’s Alley for a good friend’s wedding and were incredibly happy with the cleanliness and comfort of the unit. We traveled with our 16 year-old dog, and finding a pet friendly place to stay can sometimes be a challenge, so we were extremely happy to find this property. The yard is big enough for a dog to get some exercise and is beautifully manicured. The most important and best part of our stay though, was that Kendra and Phil were extremely accommodating when we were stranded on the island because of bad weather. I texted with Kendra a couple of times to see if we could extend our visit and it worked out with their rental schedule, but she was also very empathetic about our situation. I am so grateful that we found this property and hope to visit again soon!
