- A living room with a comfortable lounge/dining area, a double sofa bed (140x200), table, coffee table, TV, Wifi.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- One parking space in a secure parking lot
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. Historic sites, parks and gardens and contemporary infrastructures make the downtown district the heart of the metropolitan area's appeal. Un appartement au coeur de la ville
Compte tenu de l'emplacement privilégié de l'appartement nous avons pu voir et visiter à pied des sites remarquables de cette ville très agréable.Pour des sites plus éloignés, les transports en commun sont tout proches et faciles d'utilisation.La voiture a seulement été utile pour aller jusqu'à Pornic et passer une journée à la mer.Le seul bémol pour la voiture, quelques précautions sont à prendre, pour accéder au garage, compte tenu de l'étroitesse du passage et de plus en virage. Le chauffeur doit être guidé par une personne à l'extérieur. Mais, c'est faisable.
