Le First - Île de Nantes et bord de Loire

Located in the heart of the “quartier de la Création” in the western part of the Île de Nantes, First is the ideal environment for discovering our beautiful city. Between the banks of the Loire and the Machines de l'île, only a footbridge separates you from the city center! If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for business or vacation/weekends, be sure to stay in this unique place!

Located on the 4ᵉ floor with elevator of a modern and recent building, with a surface area of 45 m², the First has just benefited from a harmonious and cosy makeover! You'll feel right at home here. The real bonus of this cocoon: a secure underground parking space.

The flat is laid out as follows:
- A fully renovated and equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A small bar and 2 stools will allow you to get your strength back before setting off to explore the city! For added comfort, there's also a dining table with four chairs.
- A living room, equipped with a convertible sofa (140X200), flat-screen TV and Internet connection. From the living room, direct access to the pretty balcony, with a view of the Loire!
- The bathroom is functional and well-appointed. For your convenience, a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron are at your disposal.
- Separate WC.
- One bedroom has a double bed (140X200) and a large closet with hanging space.
For your comfort, the First is equipped with double-glazed windows and roller shutters.

The neighbourhood :
Once you've settled in, you'll appreciate the location: the banks of the Loire just a stone's throw from the building, the Machines de l'île and its famous elephant, and its new shops. How do you get to the city center? Just cross the footbridge at the foot of the new Palais de Justice in less than 10 minutes. You can then stroll through Nantes' pretty squares: Place Royale and its fountain, Place Graslin and its superb Opera House, or discover the magnificent Passage Pommeraye and its pretty boutiques.

Transportation:
If you decide to come by car, underground parking is available (secure gate and numbered space).

Public transport: the tramway is a 10-minute walk away (“Médiathèque” stop).
To reach Nantes Atlantique airport, get off at the “Commerce” stop: a dedicated shuttle bus takes you there in 20 minutes.
The SNCF train station can be reached by tramway from “Commerce” in 5 minutes.

And if you decide to explore the city by bike, Bicloo stations (self-service bicycles) are available throughout the city (one station is just two minutes from your flat, at the “Machine de l'île” station).

- Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are included and the bed is made up on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few coffee pods, tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Le First accommodation is managed by Agence Cocoonr de Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
