Cockroaches and inexperienced young staff.

A windowless ground floor room with a fan that gave you an electric shock if touched. 2 Cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 at the foot of the bed. Rotting woodwork a haven for creepy crawlies. The 1st floor room with a "window" consisted of broken lats with shreded mosquito netting leaving guests exposed to any night crawlers or biters. Young and inexperienced giggling staff

Disappointed

We arrived in the wee of hours of morning from an 8 hour drive from Manila and when we arrive the room we reserved is not available and was taken by someone else. We took a single room to sleep 2 adults and 3 kids. They provided extra bed but stills feels cramped inside the small room. Shower not working. Small TV, Wifi available but not working.
